What We Can’t Help With. 

Our advice service cannot support you with the following:

  • Legal issues
  • Health issues
  • Offer a counselling service
  • Refer you to other agencies
  • Advise on conditions that are not part of the autism spectrum or related to a persons diagnosis
  • Professionals seeking advice or guidance

How to Get Advice.

If you have autism yourself, or are a family member of someone on the spectrum or would like information how to access an autism assessment and diagnosis you can use our online appointment booking system or contact our booking team on 01305 213135.

All our appointments are pre-booked to ensure that we are able to provide you with all the information that you have requested. Please complete the on-line enquiry form in as much detail as you can to allow us to fully prepare. Each appointment will last a maximum of 20 minutes.  Before arranging an appointment please, check the information below.

  • Citizen's Advice - advice on a wide range of issues, including challenging an ESA decision
