We want you, your friends, your teachers and parents to have fun whilst raising money and awareness for people affected by autism in the local communities.

Need advice or ideas on fundraising events? Our fundraising team can come to your school, college or university to provide support and inspiration. Call us on 01202 483360 or email us for more information.

Some ways in which you can help:

Everyone loves not having to wear their uniform so ask for a small donation in return for people wearing their own clothes. Be as creative as you like – superheroes, book characters, TV characters – anything goes!

Bake Sale

Calling all bakers! This is the perfect event to not only show off your amazing baking skills but to challenge the teachers to a good bake off! Sell them after school or in break-times and remember to put up some posters before so that everyone knows to bring some spending money!

Organise a Fundraising Event

A bake sale, a sponsored company bike ride or even a dress down day, anything goes.

Sports Event

Challenge your school friends, teachers and even your parents to a rounders match or a football tournament. Ask for donations from spectators or charge a small entry fee per team.

Jumble / Car Boot Sale

Gather together old books and toys and hold a sale in the school hall or playground. A great way for unwanted items to be treasured by someone else! Speak to your teachers so everyone can get involved in helping make the event a success!

School Fete

This is the perfect way to raise money for Autism Wessex – hold stalls like hook-a-duck, hoopla, tombola, treasure hunt and even dunk-a-teacher! You can speak to your school’s PTA who can help you to organise a family fun day for all!

Universities and Colleges - RAG Week

Why not nominate us for your university's Raise and Give week as a great way to raise awareness of autism, have fun and raise vital funds!

Sponsored Event

Sponsored silence, skipping, reading - there are so many things you can do and ask people to sponsor you! You may learn a new skill or be able to show off one you already have.
