Skills & Social Groups

Formally known as Drop-in Groups. Please note, we have changed the name of the Drop-in Groups to better reflect what we do.

We run Skills & Social groups for adults in Bournemouth and Dorchester.  The groups provide an opportunity for people to meet others with the condition to socialise and share ideas in a supportive and friendly environment.  People do not have to have had a diagnosis to attend.

We have a real mix of people who attend the Skills & Social groups and always have a couple of members of staff present to welcome new members and to oversee the session.  We realise it can be quite daunting joining a group for the first time so if you would just like to pop in and take a look that is fine – just contact our Autism Advice Team to arrange a visit.
