New training programme aimed at parents & carers

30 May 2018

We are delighted to announce new training programme aimed at parents & carers.

We will be offering 2 sessions per month in Dorset. Please note even though these events are free, booking is essential.

“We know how difficult it can be for parents & carers to identify ways to support their child to develop and flourish.  Our new programme of free, stand alone sessions give the opportunity to learn about the different aspects of autism and the strategies that might help.  Sessions will consist a mix of activities, professional input, discussion, and Q & A.  There will also be time to chat with other parents.   We are also expanding our training team to include more people with autism so we can all learn more form a group of people who are still so often misunderstood” - Karen Wilmshurst, Advocacy & Advice Manager

Keep an eye on our events page or sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date.
