This is your invitation to attend Dorset County Council’s Adult Social Care Making It Real Forum to be held:

Thursday 8 February 2018, 10.30am to 1.30pm
Morden Village Hall, The Recreation Ground, Morden, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 7DL
Directions: Morden Village Hall (attached below)

The Making It Real programme ensures the council engages and listen to our community members. Community members may be service users, carers, self-funders, relatives, friends or anyone with an interest in adult social care. The forum encourages community members to attend to help plan, design, deliver and evaluate adult social care and support services. The forum will be held three times a year to co-ordinate all of our engagement activity and to present identified priorities.

Future forums are planned for:

Thursday 7 June 2018, east Dorset area
Thursday 4 October 2018, north Dorset area

The forum is free to attend with plenty of free parking. If you need assistance with travel arrangements we will try to help. Travel expenses can be reimbursed. Refreshments and a lunch are provided. Please forward to any community members that may be interested.

To effectively plan the forum we require everyone interested to contact us to book a place. To confirm your attendance please email  [email protected] or call 01305 225616.
